Bootleg Cocktail Company was formed a few years ago when Bootleg Greg decided he wanted to sell the pre-batched cocktails he had been making for his restaurant clients to everyone. He had been getting great feedback on them from restaurant customers and knew his cocktails would be a success. He then met Matthew, an alcohol beverage lawyer (at a bar of course), and they partnered up to form Bootleg Cocktail Company. Just this past May, they produced the first batch of their RTD Go-Man-Go and are already selling in restaurants all over the state of Florida and Total Wine.

 

WHAT'S IN GO-MAN-GO?

 

Go-Man-Go is our first and flagship ready-to-drink cocktail (RTD). It is made with gin (from a local distillery in Fort Lauderdale, FL), fresh mango puree, lemon juice, and locally grown turmeric, ginger, tarragon, and lemongrass from organic South Florida farms. 

 

IS IT HEALTHY FOR YOU?

 

Bootleg Cocktail Company strives to take a holistic approach in selecting the ingredients for its cocktails. We look for fresh, organically produced fruits, herbs and spices. Some of these ingredients have been thought to contain medicinal or homeopathic properties. However, our cocktail makes no claim to provide any such benefits. It is meant to be enjoyed responsibly as an alcoholic beverage.

 

HOW MUCH ALCOHOL IS IN GO-MAN-GO?

 

It is 5.9% ABV. Perfect for sitting outside on a nice warm day and having a few drinks ready to go.

 

HOW DO I SERVE GO-MAN-GO?

 

It’s a ready-to-drink cocktail so all you have to do is shake the bottle and then pour over ice. If you like, you can garnish it with citrus or add some sparkling wine to make it a spritz.

 

HOW MANY SERVINGS ARE IN A BOTTLE OF GO-MAN-GO?

 

The bottle is 375ml and yields about 3-4 cocktails.

 

WHERE CAN I FIND GO-MAN-GO?

 

Currently, they are in Even Keel Fish Shack in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Ela Curry Kitchen in Jupiter, FL and Daytrader Tiki Bar and Restaurant in Seaside, FL. You can also find it on the shelves of Total Wine locations in Boca Raton, Naples and Jacksonville.
